Red Chili Indian Cuisine & Bar: Authentic Indian Flavors in Chesterfield

FABULOUS. Our new favorite restaurant for sure. The food was amazing. We had the Pani puri, Fried veg dumplings, malai kofta, Hakka Noodles, cheese naan, and kashmiri naan. The food was FIRE. so good. The mocktails were also amazing. The vibe is great. Everything is beautiful. The only complaint I have is get better toilet paper holders in the women's bathroom. The toilet paper kept falling off.

The Best Indian Food in the U.S.! I’ve had Indian food all over the country, and nothing comes close to this place. The food is incredibly authentic—rich flavors, perfect spice levels, and everything tastes freshly made. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great spot for both casual meals and special nights out. Prices are surprisingly affordable for the quality you get, which makes it even better. A special shout-out to our waiter, TP—friendly, attentive, and highly professional. He made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this gem of a restaurant!

Have been going to this restaurant several times over the past year. Must say the atmosphere has gone down in enjoyment. They have completely changed their menu from when they first opened which is both good and bad as they have added. Added exciting things to the menu but removed excellent things like the paneer burger. This last visit was okay as we tried a couple of items off of their newer menu. Overall, the restaurant is enjoyable for their curries.

Such a great place! Great food friendly people and great supporters of the community. I come here anyway but really needed one of their booths to charge my devices in after the mega storm and still no power. They are so nice here. Can’t say thank you enough Red Chili.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly staff, and swiftly seated. The dining room had an open design with plenty of dining seating and a roomy bar. Red Chili has plenty of drinks to choose from. I ordered a masala tea and mango lassi, the masala tea wasn’t too sweet and had a rich aroma, the mango lassi was a little on the sweet side and a little less mango forward than expected. The menu for food is quite varied, with offerings of many fusion dishes. I ordered tandoori shrimp, chicken hariyali royal, chicken vindaloo, desi dal tadka, shahi dal makhani, darbari chana masala, and loaded masala fries. To preface, when asked about spice heat levels, I asked for as spicy as possible on the dishes that offered it such as tandoori shrimp and vindaloo. The tandoori shrimp was barely spicy(1 out of 10 on my heat scale), however the spice mix itself was flavorful and had a up front garam masala flavor, The vindaloo was also barely spicy(0.7 out of 10 on my heat scale), with a very flavorful and thick texture, with spices that complimented the chicken. The chicken hariyali royal had a surprisingly muted flavor, but the chicken itself was tender and juicy. The dal and breads were really the star here, especially the shahi dal makhani which had a rich buttery texture and great mix of lentils, beans, and spices, the dal tadka was onion forward, with cumin on the back end, the chana masala was light on spices. The roti and naan, were perfectly cooked, not too doughy or too burnt, and paired well with everything. The Masala Fries were good, but not very memorable for curry fries. Everything was good here and the service is friendly and accommodating, I would recommend the Dal Makhani with roti in particular.

Food was outstanding! Service was prompt and polite, nice atmosphere and drinks. We had chicken tikka masala and paneer masala with butter naan bread. The bread was perfectly warm and fluffy, the dinner was flavorful without being overly spicy. I liked that we could taste the fenugreek spice and how well it blended, and how fresh it was. The drinks were made well balanced and crisp. Very well done on all counts! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Place definitely needs improvement. First time I when the floors were sticky but fixed next time. Food is good but variety could be better. Last time appeared there was 3 kids of chicken that looked alike with 3 different sauces I go for the buffet. Last trip there were ants on my table and in the salt shaker. They just told me someone per sugar in instead of salt. I would have felt better about it but they didn't seem real concerned. Naan is not warm enough enough for me so I had fresh brought to me and was charged extra.
